A share price above 80c is not a problem if they give notice to repay the debt early although the timing for this is getting close. I believe the 2nd of May is the last chance to do this.
It is very doubtful that the VWAP could make it above 80c for the 30 days prior to that date even if we went above 80c from Tuesday 26th of April.
