Well, if they extract 3m of the 5moz resource, and Aussie gold prices stay where they are now, then it's worth around 3x current mkt cap. Hunter Hall doesn't buy stocks for 10% returns. They buy stocks which have "factor potential", ie bagger potential.
And if Aussie gold price goes to say $2,500, which I fully expect, then I suspect you'll make closer to ten times your money from current.
At $2,500 they'll make around $200m a year. Current mkt cap is somewhat less than that.
And the resource could grow significantly larger.
Risk is that they get taken over for $1. I'll be very surprised if there isn't a bid in the next couple of months. Don't sell below $2!!!
