Lots of info in the GS report including production forecasts for BG and Maari, case 1 or case 2 depending on further development.
Its feasible that HZN could be debt free by end of 2019 if the case 2 forecasts play out and POO averages a high enough price.
GS use USD60-70 poo in some of their valuations. Perhaps that's the consensus oil price deck in Emmet's call of debt free by end of 2019 .
The GS report was done a few months ago. They might have lower oil price assumptions if they did the report now ?
Opec are currently talking about trying to stabilise prices in the USD50-60 range.
