Note your sentiment. MB might not up their offer at all. Even if they come back at 35c there is little chance of it being accepted IMO, unless CTP directors recommend.
What MB's t/o does though is put CTP on the map as most brokers don't bother looking at such small companies. Many now will be running the ruler over CTO to understand why MB is making such a left field play. That interest can only be good for us shareholders in the long term as the grand plan unfolds.
