Just to set the record straight, Vaughan Bowen, Executive Director of Vocus and founder of M2, holds 8.2m shares - or more than $20m of Vocus stock.

And on the topic of RCG;
"I also believe that the management and directors are overpaid and that they look after themselves first and minority shareholders second."

The facts don't bear this out, for example RCG have paid to shareholders 38.7 cents in fully franked dividends over the last 8 years. As a long term shareholder I've received much of my investment returned to me through dividends! While tough going at the moment, management's track record is excellent here IMO.
