This heading the same as NWT (New Stat). ASIC investigated NWT and is not proceeding with any charges. There are reports that one the directors (Ballatine) paid wages for his boat building company out of New Stat funds. One rule for the financial types and another rule for the rest of us. Don't expect anything out of ASIC.
