There is no shortage of suitable Kaolin and HEG and ATC have plenty
It all comes down to plant design and construction
It should cost over $150 million and take a few years to get a BFS and financing in place
With an experienced EPC contractor the project should be robust with excellent returns
However Orbite's project failed due to poor design to handle inferior ores
So I suggest watching ATC closely and keep in mind how long it has taken them to get to the design and financing stage
I think ATC have excellent prospects and HEG should follow along (CPS floated ATC)
