Ibaera have basically bought 49% of the company for $20Mill (or was it $22?).
So they value the company at approx $40Milll...of which they own half. (ie you could double the sp on that alone).
Conversely you could view it as AZM has cash backing of $20Mill at the moment but the market is discounting that to 65c in the dollar.........AND we a proven resource (which the market says is worth basically zilch. I personally don't get it.

I'm very keen to see the "Very high" priority targets drilled and the news flow from there. Hopefully that can ignite some interest.
