On the face of it, one might assume that we now have a powerful friend on the register who has a high average buy in price at over 4c
One might reasonably assume that a better deal will be had for all AGO holders and we will get a larger share of the shares in the merged entity with MIN - as we should.
Mr Forrest has a place in the community to protect now and does not need to do anything unethical to get rich - as he is already rich - so that's good for us.
However, what Mr Forrest's motives actually are is not clear and we still have the same old BOD negotiating for us who unanimously and hand on heart believe that 3c is a good price for our shares - so that's not good for us
SO the question in my mind is this - do we as jaded investors sell some or all of our shares now - or do we wait to see if a better deal is struck?
