Why is this a time of year where people don't start sending their children into childcare?
My recollection was that GEM have said before that their business is seasonal with the 2nd half of the calendar year having higher occupancy rates. However I assumed this was lots of children leave the centres to start school in Jan/Feb, but new children arrive spread out over the whole 12 months. That would suggest that the only bad time for advertising is when you have 100% occupancy.
Am I overlooking something?
