Hi @PeterKing. Like yourself I hold a decent size parcel but not a substantial holder. I share your concerns and I am keen to know if you get a response from the management.
Referring to your earlier post, I disagree that the rank and file (retail) holders have little/no say in the affairs. Not sure if you followed AGO recently. The "AGO United" group, mainly retail and small holders, had a huge impact in stopping big boys in mining taking AGO cheaply. The key was, they were united and formed a group. I wonder if the same can be done for MXC? I would most certainly be interested.
To clarify, I believe this company has potentials BUT without a proper management, and transparency, potential may only translate to SP hikes and performance bonus shares!!!!
So, yes, lets demand if those deals were legitimate or as rightly questioned, and I question too (only question not a suggestion) somewhat correlated with performance bonuses?
