did they not already take them on legally now though for not delivering on the contract that was discussed? Really they've done the right thing, it isn't all mxcs fault for not delivering we did what we could do, we also gave them ample time and VC did not deliver, don't get me wrong they handled VC in general wrong and left us in the dark but they're learning, hence these announcements etc recently with the Canadian side
