It's a non issue, social media is for ranters and conspiracy theorists. Whats more important is to know where the other $.5m is, why they cannot manage their PR and get the story straight and why MGC think it's acceptable to not explain that to the market and their shareholders in clear and unambiguous terms. 

I would classify the issues with MGC into three broad groups...

1 - Baseless conspiracy theories (50%)
2 - Issues that come up in the normal course of business that are largely outside the direct control of MGC
3 - Poor management execution particularly in terms of market communication
