I would have thought that EBOLA plays a big part into the current share price, regardless of the quality and quantity of the resources. I am interested in investing in this, but not considering the current conditions.

Not only is there an ongoing war but the threat of Ebola combined with the inability to tackle outbreaks due to ongoing civil war. Of course the mine is fairly far away, but people travel.

Companies make decisions based off these assessments. The timeline given in the last presentation seems a bit too optimistic, don't you think? All imo.
