    In simple terms gmail ... Buyer talks to NF and offers to buy Avz for 60c share (let’s say). NF checks with board and agrees this is fair sale value , he recommends to shareholders who presumably vote yes and then he writes up the transfer with legal team and sale goes ahead some months later. Buyer and seller and asx snd shareholder s all agree and happy with the sale.
