Just my thoughts but nice to think some of them resonate with others like yourself . If you look at other current TOs there is an atmosphere of expected counter offer (eg Rio tinto). The Chinese know this and can’t risk a biggie stepping in with a counterbid for such a huge prestigious resource . They will have been told not to lose this one . The price has to be handsome but only a NF agreed statement of arrangement is risk free. If they mske a TO offer it will be in the 30s plus hoping to get away with less than 50 for stmt of arrangement . CATL and the belt and road gang won’t allow huayou snd dathomir to lose this with stupid hostile TO tactics . AIMHO .
