Even if a company announces their intent of a HTO we still trade as per normal. What this does is dramatically lift the SP. I suspect this will go into a bidding war with other suitors.
The truth is as it has been mentioned so many times before, NF and the team won’t entertain anything under 65 cents. Why do you think he keeps bringing up the fact the market isn’t aligned to what AVZ has delivered in the past 12 months, even talking to him he feels the SP is a joke.
NF is heavily to blame for this slump and ongoing range trade as he cannot deliver on his word. I still cannot work out how NF can get the SS / transport dates so wrong when we were only 2 weeks out from when that Ann was supposed to be delivered.
If he wants to get this company trading around the 65 cents he needs to start delivering on his timelines and instil faith back into the market.
