Having had the benefit of the presentation by Peter van der Made at the 2019 AGM during which he compared AKIDA to each of the companies referred to in your post and in particular aiCTX it would seem that unless Peter van der Made:

1. Did not know what he was talking about; or
2. Knew what he was talking about but is deluded and cannot be relied upon; or
3. Is the mastermind of a huge tech fraud.,

then the trust being placed in aiCTX and the future of ultra low powered neuromorphic technology at the edge by "IMEC, CEA-LETI, Fraunhofer, Philips, ST Microelectronics" would add significant weight to the fact that Socionext has carried out due diligence into the AKIDA IP and having done so contracted to produce it as a 28nm chip and at the time of entering the binding contract claiming to be excited by the prospect.
