i don't think class action would be possible, but i leave that to the experts. all will be over by mid next year one way or another. at least there is going to be an end or new beginning for BRN, either we talk more about BRN or not at all. SP is now < 4c, it will be around 1c by christmas, not sure why we need a CEO, CFO, COO for a company with SP is less than 4c and going to be 1c soon!? it is a smart way to plan for your retirement i guess.
