Straw I think the key word you said in your post is ‘flexible’, the difference between the CNN AI and Akida will be that Akida is flexible to learn variations of a type of something over time, whereas CNN based AI is not flexible - it either knows something, or it doesn’t. I think that’s a clear distinction. Think of the race track comparison - the BRN race car had the flexibility to learn in real time, but the standard AI car had to learn bit by bit - going back to start all over again.
