I had a quick look but could not find any estimated completion date. It looks like a very complex exercise so it may be a 12 month or more job in any case?? Seems like a project that would not just fall into place - nothing ever seems to. I would have expected it could take at least 12 months to complete which would take it out to mid 2020 plus..
I note we have not had any updates as to progress.
If I have missed a published estimated completion date please let me know.
