What happens now, in the absence of a meaningful deal, is that there will be a damper on the shareprice for a long time. This inevitably happens as those that participated in the equity raising offload their $0.39 shares at $0.45 to $0.50 and get a quick ten to fifteen percent profit.
The SFX Board has gone about this totally the wrong way.
It is now essential that they get a significant deal done sometime soon.
