Just wondering if it is in big pharmas best interest to know earlier that a patient is developing DKD. If it means shorter treatment time using their drug, they might prefer their patients develop full blown DKD. Thinking that the money may come from GPs - where patients at risk of developing DVD (overweight etc.) are asked to take Promarker D. Thoughts?
