The way i see it, if this announcement was that the extension was signed for mousangati .. the price would go to around say $2 .. If it was JV then SP would be >>$2..
So concievably if as a result of arbitration it is settled in favour of AGY then it would be worth around $2 still - probably less as i think alot of people will have gotten burnt this time around.
The question for me is how long is this process likely to go for. AGY do seem to have the rights to it. Correct me if i have missed something
