The numbers for the production facility look scary. Original budget cost was $184M. They have spent $47M to date, so $137M to go!! Yikes!!. They had $46M cash on the balance sheet as at June 30. I reckon $25M of that has gone in the last 6 months. So they need bank loan of at least $116M just to finish the facility as planned, while making a loss for at least next 2 to 3 years. Even if they cut project build by 25% they will still need a very big loan to make this thing work. Good luck.
