I think that to a large extent the in-the-air aspect of the funding is already built into the share price. With only a couple of business weeks left in the year I do not expect any announcements - and I wouldn't actually expect any till the late first quarter or early second quarter of next year. After all, they made it clear they virtually had to go back to the drawing board to re-assess the scope and functionality of the facility, so until they know those parameters, no credit provider would know what they are dealing with. Again, I do not think this delay will effect the price much. There is just far too much work to be re-done and I believe (possibly over-optimistically) that the current market understands this.
