Based on a desktop review of Virtus, Genea and Monash. Monash is the lesser of the two listed IVF businesses and behind Genea in terms of premium pricing power. Monash seems worth a punt at the right price, but VRT is a more stable group and hasn't suffered the issues of major doctor departures. So for what it's worth, I have played Monash as an in and out, rather than a buy and hold. It says something that the banks required almost all the new equity raised be allocated to debt repayment - ie the banks aren't confident.
