I will be looking to pick some up shortly.
The prev main issue was the huge amount of debt on the balance sheet.
In the words of a fundie I spoke to recently, the balance sheet is now "pristine".
The funds from the cap raise have obviously been used to sort out the debt, but I bet that MVF will be making some Doctor acquisitions in the next 6-12 months.
I think the stock is particularly cheap down at these levels. Growth I think will come from:
-new Doctors joining
-moving into other verticals (Genetics etc)
-consolidation in Victoria
I dont think things can get particularly worse for MVF, so I see this as a bit of a fresh start for them.
I've prev held the stock but sold a year or so ago, and im now happy to look at it again. My understanding is that the recent cap raise was significantly oversubscribed, this surprised me but apparently it is true.
