I wonder how the hedging works if the company can't send their oil to a supply/storage point. Lines choked and storage tanks full of oil going nowhere. Force majeure may apply, therefore allowing the contract to be null and void. Even earlier death perhaps. My knowledge and known information is not strong enough to work through and assess the various scenario's.
