I think you should go and do some research on AAE and biofuels.

On AAE, if they can't raise funds now for working capital for their Beatrice biodiesel plant, what makes you think they can raise funds for their European plans?

AAE's US operations is being sold at slightly below cost.

Also, you mention ethanol subsidies benfiting production of biodiesel. Ethanol is a petrol alternative, biodiesel is a diesel alternative.
