Intellimoney, if you want to see a biodiesel company that seems to know what it's doing check out Mission Biofuels (ASX code MBT).

They have an operating plant, which includes independent glycerine refining capabilities and are well advanced in arranging sustainable, profitable feedstock arrangements. Natural Fuel (ASX code NFL) is going along a similar path but not sure how their plans are progressing to date due to no recent announcements. NB: I hold NFL.

Other ASX listed biofuel companies are doing quite poorly at the moment and there's little sign of improvement in the short to medium term, ie AAE, ABJ, ARW and possibly SBI (I say possibly as I note they made an announcement today but I've yet to see what the announcement is about).
