Well, where to from here? We had a Presentation at the A.G.M by the CEO, called Program Roadmap, which laid out the Dates/Milestones required to support potential Re-instatement on the ASX before September 2nd 2021. An E.G.M was planned for the 20th May 2021, but did not happen. A major event for the E.G.M. was a Rights Issue to more than double the Shares of KKL. This New Funding was to acquire a New Company, with Cash Flow to satisfy the ASX, and to Fund Feedstock and Engineering Programs as outlined in the CEO Address. The Underwriting was to be managed by a KKL Director who is currently facing Bankruptcy Proceedings in the Federal Court in Melbourne, on June 3rd 2021 Are we waiting for the results from the Federal Court, before setting new Dates, and possibly a New Underwriter? As usual no information from KKL.
