"would this be the last of the bad news?"
I doubt this will be the last of the bad news, I'd expect there will be a complete change of management and a writedown of the ledger values in their books.
I'm surprised at some of the optimism expressed here, this announcement goes to the core of their business. Their current ledgers are not returning what they expected and the future growth is gone with a reduction in new ledger acquisitions. It looks like they've tried an "excessive focus on short-term revenue performance" to reach their previous targets and it has backfired in a big way.
