Well,a good solid message to management,to return all generated income to shareholders forthwith(annually).
Further,important to us shareholders,....is administrative costs
Management need to be honed down,to it's minimum,now the message is ..".no expansionary measures,other than drills that are required for depleting existing reserves."
"this return of capital ",is a magnificent path for ALL shareholders,to extract the intrinsic value of this company...(against takeover offers ....or the relevance ,of the market view of the stock.)
For shareholders to maximize their return...is to hold the stock to benefit from the capital return...the sum of which... maybe in excess of 20cents(maybe more).
There maybe an exit path of selling your stock,and adding your past capital payments....,However will be very unlikely to be comparable to holding and receiving all capital repayments..
