your prior post,you came across as being disillusioned about stock...HZN has now become a very safe investment....at risk...is outlaying between 9 and 12 cents to buy...then to get paid back a likely 20cents plus...depending on reserves,....and in an orderly fashion.
That's very attractive to a lot of people/institutions.(beats the hell out of having it in the banks)
