Property market has many present risks... I would rather wait and see it deflate locally in Australia...
Evergrande is going through a controlled demolition and the contagion has already spread to other Chinese developers... it will be interesting to read how it will be contained. But it is not only the Chinese property market that is a worry...
Right now, as the uncertainties mount, it would be a good to beef up capital defenses for the near future.
