I don't see why management would worry about a declining SP per se at this stage, particularly given that virtually all companies in the ASX are suffering at the moment.
All declines in TZL have been on small volume, suggesting to me that fundamentals remain sound.
Management are busily establishing the company's future profit streams by focusing on client contact and building manufacturing capacity.
There is no doubt in my mind that all it will take is a couple of high order PO announcements to send the SP considerably higher, and that these announcements will come prior to the NASDAQ listing.
For the moment the world seems to be on the brink of a 1930s style financial collapse. Better that TZL holds their cards close and plays their hand once there are other participants and the kitty is worth playing for :)
