In any case, Baldwin wasn't a director, was he? I thought he was deputy CEO or another C-suite. So not on the BOD. I agree, it's very suspicious that (1) he left - up until very recently, he was the golden boy who could do no wrong; (2) his leaving wasn't associated with any kind and gracious remarks thanking him for his work and wishing him the best: and (3) if he it was a career move, why no announcement/evidence that he's running something significant somewhere else? You know the old adage about smoke and fire.
