Trying to work out why is often a fruitless exercise. Most of these stocks move one way or another on sentiment and momentum. I've been in companies where things haven't been that flash and they've gone through the roof and others where things are going along fine and they've been smashed. Obviously momentum and sentiment has turned the other way here and they either need to do something to turn that around or just wait it out and buyers will eventually turn up on a catalyst or for some other reason.
Right now every possible bearish scenario is being locked in. Which makes this unpleasant for the time being. Plus the overall macro picture, sentiment in bios generally and the sell first ask questions later mentality in specs right now.
