    Much higher turnover, and hopefully higher profits, but not necessarily higher margins, versus greater risk of getting the various markets wrong. Exhibit A - Bunnings UK (albeit an extreme case).
    Not having any recent personal association with the common demographic, I couldn't say if that trumps geography.
