Possible scenario is that SLA/Solamind and ANZ may be well advanced for a deal to buy all the OP shares back.
Payment terms may be one issue with potentially SLA/Solamind needing some months to get the cash.
Price may be some agreed discount to vwap over a time period.
So any ANZ can dribble onto the market now they at least get paid market price up front for.
But incentive for them not to push out too many or the vwap would suffer.
Pure speculation.
