In hindsight the board should have approved the takeover. With a declining share price any potential customer would have to take into consideration their declining market cap. Managed Services isn't a Big Bang payment it's a steady revenue stream. What's the margin on managed services? in this climate, when you're paying 120k for level 2 engineers. I would say managed services aren't the cash cow they used to be. But fair call the market is soft but tech boomed over covid.
