well Lazard have brought over 100m shares now around $0.85, so they must really think the Citi research is good?
the traffic numbers just have to show some growth, ramp up is 15 months not 3 weeks.
anyway, if Citi were any good they would have been recommending to sell when it was $1.90. its easy to say sell everying in a bear market just like it is to say buy everything in a bull market.
