I am sure Stephen Bizzell one of the directors of MGH is one and the same as sole director of Centec Securities Pty Ltd. It is conclusive based on a change of interests listed by Stephen Bizzell on Renascor Resources ASX announcements where as director of Renascor he cited his interests in both Bizzell Capital Partners and Centec Securities on the same document under his name. Whether conducting buybacks for MGH without listing them under services from related parties is contra to the law is not within my expertise but I would have thought it should be disclosed if payments are being made. I am not privy to the information about who is conducting the buybacks.
