From my emails and research I think the reason it was going full steam ahead was they had a deal in the pipeline. PA son talked about starting 10k construction end of last year. PA isnt dumb surely he wouldnt man a 3k operation with nearly 200 people without a plan.
The price cycle kyboshed the deal imo.
