where to from here

I have been following CFU on an off or the last couple of years, thankfully without investing my money so far, though the current share price does appeal to my greedy/stupid side. I love the technology which I certainly think is a winner, though I am concerned about the company's ability to bring it to market. My main concerns are:
1. if the company has had inept management financially or otherwise has any of this changed. Or have they just raised the more money to manage ineptly again.
2. Has the company explored other avenues, i.e. Aust government is providing a rebate for solar panels something like $10k rebate on a $13k unit. With a projected cost of $10k these units would be extremely competitive. Has this been explored by the company.
3. How far away (realistically) is the company from mass producing these units so I can buy one from Bunnings?

Anyone able to assist me with the above.
