I think they are still saying 2010 for production.
Re the financial ineptness, I couldnt say. Was it a bad decision by them, bad advice from an FA or just damn unlucky. Who knows.
I think if they replace Nuon and have budgeted correctly then this money will see them through to production and should push the share price significantly north from here.
Well I hope.
