I think that may be a little unfair xoc. I believe that a new company bought NUON looking for a bolt on acquisition. So in true take over style they are consolidating and just keeping to their core power business.

Again I dont think CFU management should be chastised.

The thing that annoys me about the situation is that all of the hurdles for the order had been filled (some time ago by my reckoning) and yet CFU didnt release a statement to that effect. They did release as statement with the issues, however not a plain statement saying that the hurdles had been met. For this I can take aim at the management.
