If it goes to 7's it may be another chance to top up. It depends what your game is. Fundamentally Cer is in better shape, is selling assets at reasonable prices, signing leases and has rental growth. Believe they can refinance and survive and price fluctuations only present buying opportunities for those who believe long term.
