i am presuming QVT bought into the potential of the technology and ultimately the upside from nasdaq, being a hedge fund they have to minimse the downside - just hope we can get a good technical team in front of them - DR, GS and maybe the other ex guy John Wilson to convince them to stay the course. then the new board needs to show them a financial game plan that shows minimal ongoing risk.
